User Attribution Obligation: When sharing, publishing, or citing outputs derived from Boggs AI, users should include appropriate attribution to both Boggs AI and the underlying data sources as displayed in the platform. This supports transparency and honors the work of contributing organizations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOGGS AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boggs AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your conduct in connection with the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
